I am Evgenia Maslova

I create original programs and itineraries, work with people on an individual basis, and lead educational sessions that bring together attention, the body, meaning, state of being, and the journey.

It’s important to me that a beautiful place or a powerful theme helps people connect more deeply with themselves, their state of being, their lives, and their path.

About Me

I see “travel,” “working with people,” and “learning” as parts of a single journey. Sometimes this path unfolds through a journey and a powerful setting; sometimes through personal encounters and working with one’s state of being; and sometimes through a course and a long process of inner growth.

I am a specialist in religions, a practitioner of Raja Yoga and Vipassana, and have many years of experience in inner discipline. I am drawn to working with people on the levels of ideas, states of mind, the body, attention, and the inner axis. That is why my programs and consultations always focus on wholeness: on how to help a person refocus on what matters most and restore a deeper sense of connection with themselves.

This page helps you understand where the itineraries come from, why the programs have such depth, and why people come to me for trips, personal coaching, and educational guidance.

The Three Main Areas of My Work

When viewed as a whole, my work revolves around three areas. They differ in form but are united by a single underlying logic: to help people achieve greater clarity, stability, and a sense of vitality in their lives.

Original Programs and Itineraries

I contribute to the creation of WST itineraries and programs as their conceptual core: I help identify the inner experience the trip should provide, how the destination can reinforce the theme, and how the program transforms into a vivid experience of the journey.

Who it’s for: communities, group leaders, individual and premium customers.

Personal Consultations and Bodywork

I also work with individuals on a one-on-one basis through counseling, wellness and bodywork sessions, and work on emotional states, psychosomatics, mindfulness, and deep-seated internal patterns. For me, sensitivity, precision, and genuine connection are key in this work.

Format: in-person meetings, sessions, and online and in-person consultations.

"Mindful Thinking" Course

This is a journey of self-discovery for those who want to gain a clearer understanding of themselves, their thoughts, their inner limitations, their behavioral patterns, and the direction of their lives. For me, it is a space for personal growth, inner calm, and gradual inner transformation.

Format: modular educational program, in-person and online sessions.

How am I connected to WST?

At WST, I help develop the internal logic of the programs. It’s important to me that each route provides the perfect setting for the theme, group, and experience that people come for.

My area of expertise is depth, cultural context, the architecture of states, the group’s internal dynamics, and the narrative thread of the experience. Meanwhile, the WST team handles the professional execution: the itinerary, service, coordination, documentation, and the quality of the entire organizational setup.

That is why my role in WST programs is particularly important when it comes to creating an environment where people can experience something truly meaningful.

Personal Consultations and Bodywork

Another area of my work involves individual consultations and one-on-one sessions. People come to me when they need attentive work on their emotional state, body, inner tension, recurring patterns, psychosomatic issues, life dead ends, and questions that are difficult to resolve through conversation alone.

In the context of my practice, “Metavitonica” refers to a system of work based on a somatic, osteopathic, and psychosomatic approach. For me, it is a way to work delicately with a person in areas where the body, attention, emotions, and internal limitations are closely intertwined.

  • Wellness and physical sessions;
  • work with psychosomatics and states;
  • analysis of personal life vectors;
  • focus on subconscious limitations and recurring patterns;
  • online and offline formats available upon request.

I prefer work that requires precision, where it’s important to listen to exactly what kind of support a person needs right now and what step will truly be meaningful and achievable for them.

"Mindful Thinking" Course

I created the “Mindful Thinking” course for those who want to gain a deeper understanding of themselves, learn to recognize their thoughts, emotional states, and inner patterns, and break free from automatic reactions. For me, this course is about clarity, focus, inner strength, and personal growth.

People come to this course seeking insights, change, resources, and a clearer sense of their lives. That’s why, to me, it sounds like a serious journey in which learning is combined with inner practice and a gradual shift in mindset.

The course may include modules, in-person sessions, online components, and the opportunity for guided independent study. It’s important to me that participants gain knowledge and actually start applying it in their lives.

Self-Awareness and Clarity

In this course, I guide people toward a more accurate understanding of themselves, their reactions, their internal limitations, and their hidden motivators.

Working with Thinking and Attention

“Mindful thinking” is not theory for theory’s sake, but a practice in which our thoughts, attention, and inner focus become more centered.

Gradual internal restructuring

For me, a course is a space where people don’t just learn new things, but gradually change the way they see, feel, and act.

What Shapes My Approach

My approach is shaped by the intersection of spiritual practice, working with states of being, body awareness, cultural context, and many years of hands-on experience with people.

Attention to the Individual

I try to see not only the request that is voiced aloud, but also what is happening on a deeper level—in a person’s state of mind, body, motivation, and inner dynamics.

Drawing on Experience and Practice

My work has grown out of many years of inner practice, discipline, exploration of states of being, bodily awareness, and genuine connection with people.

The Union of Body and Meaning

It’s important to me that people don’t get stuck just in words or just in symptoms. The real work often takes place at the intersection of the physical, the psychological, and the meaningful.

A Gentle Approach Instead of Pressure

I prefer a gentle, deliberate path, where change arises not from forcing myself, but from clarity, support, and gradual growth.

What People Come to Me With

People come to me through different paths. Some start with a program, some with a consultation, and others with a course. For me, it’s important that the path be chosen based on the person’s actual readiness and their specific needs.

When You Need a Customized Path of Change

Sometimes you need to start with a face-to-face meeting, a consultation, a bodywork session, or some clarity on where to even begin.

When you need a challenging outdoor route

Sometimes the answer comes precisely through a journey—the landscape, the rhythm of the trip, and the atmosphere—where a person begins to see themselves in a new light.

When You Need an Educational Path

There are situations where a single session or a single visit isn’t enough. In those cases, a course of sessions and a longer process of inner work becomes the natural choice.

If my approach resonates with you, let's start with a conversation

It could be the WST program, a one-on-one consultation, bodywork, a question about the “Mindful Thinking” course, or a private inquiry. The WST team and I will help you figure out which format is the best fit for you right now.
