Moscow, Vladimir and two nights in Suzdal. White-stone architecture, wooden houses, crafts and regional food reveal the stories of Russia beyond its capitals.
6 days / 5 nights · private group · dates on request
Moscow — Vladimir — Suzdal — Moscow
Vladimir and Suzdal show how historical ideas took shape in stone, wood, ornament and daily life. Notice the details: a house’s layout, a cathedral silhouette, the movement of a potter’s wheel and the story of a dish shared at the table.
The journey begins and ends in Moscow, with two nights in Suzdal. This allows a day for the town, a walk and a meaningful encounter. Religious monuments are explored in their cultural context; participation in services or practices is optional.
This is an itinerary concept on request, not a confirmed departure. Hotels, guides, transport, visits, price and the final service list are confirmed for each group.
In Vladimir and Suzdal, connect monuments with the people who commissioned, created and lived around them. Interior visits are selected after checking access.
Arrange a workshop or cultural encounter around pottery, wood or another local interest. The maker and format are confirmed separately.
Stay in the historic town, explore it on foot and spend time together. Regional food is selected to meet the group’s specific dietary requirements.
Moscow: the scale of a capital
For cultural groups and an introduction to Russian history beyond the capitals. Suits interests in architecture, crafts, food and smaller towns. Travel independently or discuss it as a separate extension to a capitals itinerary.
Explore the key places along the journey. Browse the photographs; the detailed day-by-day itinerary follows below.

Squares and Saint Basil’s silhouette introduce the making of a capital. Look beyond the familiar view to the city’s stories and details.

The Dormition Cathedral reveals another scale of the historic city. Vladimir connects the capital’s opening chapter with the journey onwards to Suzdal.

The Kremlin, Kamenka and open riverbanks form a single landscape. Two nights allow room for walks, a craft theme and conversations about local life.

Houses, carving and courtyard layouts bring history to a human scale. Museum visits and any workshop are agreed separately.
Photographs illustrate places, not a guaranteed season, weather or specific service.

The base concept is six days and five nights.
Build the journey around architecture, museums, crafts, food and conversations with local people. Special encounters are arranged after agreement.
Allow room for a thematic meeting or a session led by your own host. Venue, interpreting and content are included in the planning process.
Adjust walking, service, accommodation and breaks to the travellers. Suitable arrangements for children or reduced mobility are checked separately.
Warmer months suit longer walks and outdoor museum settings. Winter brings a different visual character and requires adjusted transport and clothing plans. Opening arrangements and seasonal restrictions are checked for your dates.
Choose Moscow hotels and characterful accommodation in Suzdal for the group. Discuss accessibility, room categories, meals, transport and guiding language. Historic character does not automatically imply every modern facility; these are checked separately.
Town and museum walks may include steps, uneven surfaces and outdoor sections. Visit length and numbers are adapted to the group, with time for transfers and breaks.
Agree five nights’ accommodation, ground transport, guiding and selected tickets. Workshops, meals and special encounters are confirmed as separate items. Inclusions are defined by the confirmed proposal.
Unless your individual proposal states otherwise, international flights, visa expenses, insurance, personal purchases, single-room supplements, tips and additional activities are considered separately. Documentation and insurance requirements are checked against the programme actually selected.
The quotation is prepared for your group after confirming season, numbers, accommodation, guiding language, meals and special activities. The proposal specifies inclusions, supplements, confirmation steps and change conditions. Publishing an itinerary does not confirm a price or service availability.
Before booking, check entry requirements for each traveller’s nationality, current official advice, location restrictions, insurance, transport and payment arrangements. Acceptance of a particular foreign bank card is not promised. Required permits and expenses are identified in the agreed service list.
This is a tailor-made itinerary outline. Dates, group composition and services are agreed before quotation and confirmation. Publication does not mean an open departure or reserved places.
The guiding language is specified in the proposal. International groups can request English; Hindi, Turkish, German and other languages require a separate availability check. Website translations do not confirm a guide in every language on every date.
Tell us your specific requirements: vegetarian or Jain meals, halal preferences, ingredient restrictions and allergies. We check the selected hotels and restaurants. The confirmed menu and preparation arrangements are agreed separately; preferences are never assumed from nationality.
Yes. Discuss thematic sessions, activities and time for your group. Host, venue, equipment, interpreting and schedule are confirmed separately. Evgenia Maslova or any other named author is not automatically included.

Tell us your group size, dates, language, interests and dietary requests. We will prepare a tailored itinerary outline and quotation.
